THE ORDER PROCESS

When we receive your order, we will send confirmation and tracking information to the email address you supplied.

Order Changes / Cancellations

WholesaleWristbands.com will make every effort, upon your request to change or cancel your order. NOTE: You must call the sales department within 6 hours of placing the order with the correction. Any cancellation should also be made within 6 hours of placing your order on the same business day. If the order has not yet started production we will not charge a change or cancellation fee. If however, the order has reached the pre-production set up phase, there may be a cancellation or change fee. If an order has begun production, unfortunately we cannot stop or make any change to the order.

NOTE: There are no changes or cancellations to RUSH orders.

Prices

All prices are subject to change. WholesaleWristbands.com will make every effort to honor pricing.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price WholesaleWristbands.com may honor that price or maintain the right to refuse or cancel any order. We will attempt to assist you with a different item that is within your budget.

Only written quotes are valid.

Price quotes are valid for two weeks from the time quoted.

We have the right to refuse any order.

PAYMENT

Payments are due at the time of order. However, orders may be placed over the phone or email. WholesaleWristbands.com accepts all major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. Checks and Public School Purchase Orders (PO) are acceptable. All PO payment terms are net 30 days – and the entire payment is due within 30 days from the date of invoice. You will be invoiced immediately upon receipt of your order, however, we cannot begin production of your order until payment clears. NOTE: Any problems associated with payment may cause delays to delivery of your order.

WholesaleWristbands.com is required by law to collect sales tax for the state, counties and cities of Florida. Any companies, organizations or individuals who are exempt from sales tax should FAX us with their tax exempt form or resale certificate to 866-841-0416 when placing your order.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

International customers are responsible for customs and duty fees as well as shipping costs to their country.

PRODUCTION TIME

Production time will vary anywhere between 3 to 7 business days depending on the product, service, and quantity selected. We do offer RUSH PRODUCTION, so if you have a particular in hands date, please feel free to call us on our toll free number 877-870-5486.

Any in stock wristband style that is produced in our corporate facility in FL will be laser engraved. All other styles and quantities will be produced overseas.

Replicating Orders

NOTE: The only way to exactly replicate an order is to have the original manufacturer reproduce it. Colors, thickness of band, depth of debossing may vary. In any case of a replication, we always encourage you to mail us a sample to come as close as possible to the original wristband but we cannot guarantee an exact replica.

We rely on you for vital information in order to produce the specific wristband you want, while working together. We each have responsibilities. For your convenience, we have included these responsibilities below. Please take a moment to read them. These are the terms and conditions of our sales.

WholesaleWristbands.com is responsible for:

Standing behind our products 100%.WholesaleWristbands.com backs each and every order with our 100% Quality Guarantee. We will replace (at no additional charge to you) any wristband that is found to have defects in materials or workmanship.

Giving you accurate information. Prior to starting production, you will receive a digital proof of your wristband via email. This proof is an artist rendition of the final product. This is to allow you to make any necessary changes or corrections prior to starting production.

Confirming your order. Prior to production of your wristband, you will receive an order confirmation notice via email. This notification will contain specifications of your order including type, item number, quantity, colors, and approximate delivery date.

Producing your order correctly & on time. Once we obtain your approval on both the digital proof and the order confirmation, we will produce your order within 3-7 business days. On most Standard quantity orders. Please call with any questions.

Due to the custom nature of your product, once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled for any reason.

Your order will be shipped by one of the major carriers directly to the address you specify.

You are responsible for:

Legal Ownership of any and all logos, trademarks and copyrights. By submitting your design to WholesaleWristbands.com, warrant that you have the legal right to reproduce (or have reproduced) any logos or other images associated with your order. You also certify that the production of any images you submit does not infringe on any other company's rights.

Giving due attention to the proof provided. Once you receive the digital proof of your wristband, review it in detail. Please give special attention to: the design, the grammar, layout, size, and colors. Once you have made any necessary changes to your proof, return it to us via email. This is your signal to us that everything has been approved.

NOTE: Due to automation during sorting and packaging, please note that there is a slight possibility of other clients’ wristbands being packaged with your order. Typically it is only a few; however, the larger the order the more you may find. These extra bands are not counted towards your total requested amount but are extra. You are responsible to inventory your total within 14 days to ensure you have the correct amount and contact us in the event you are short any bands.

NOTE: We use either stock colors or the Pantone PMS color matching system. Because all computer monitors do not display colors in the same way, it is important that you indicate your color choices using Pantone PMS numbers. For additional information, visit Pantone site at www.pantone.com. PMS color books are also available at most art supply stores and some libraries (this is the only way to completely verify the final color, as monitors display differently). All PMS numbers will be listed on your proof so that you can verify them easily.

Review the details of your order confirmation. After your proof has been returned to us, you will receive an order confirmation. Again...Please review the information carefully. If all the information is correct, return it to us and we will begin the production process. NOTE: Once an order has been approved and confirmed it may not be canceled for any reason.

NOTE: We imprint our company URL on the inside of all of our products unless otherwise specified. In order to prevent our self branding, please email your request to remove this.

Providing correct shipping information. Your order will be produced and shipped within 3-7 business days. We cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping caused by inaccurate address information, acts of nature, the misrouting of your package by the carrier, or undeliverable shipping addresses.

Legal Details:

All orders are final. Due to the custom nature of the custom wristband we manufacture, all sales are final. Once an order has been placed, it may not be canceled for any reason. WholesaleWristbands.com does not issue refunds. As mentioned previously, we will replace any wristband that contains defects in materials or workmanship.

In the event that a legal dispute arises, it is agreed that the venue for such a dispute is Marion County, Florida, USA. Should the dispute pertain to the illegal use of copyright or trademark infringements, you agree to defend the claim at your sole expenses. You agree to pay any damage and costs assessed against WholesaleWristbands.com as a result of such a lawsuit or proceeding. You also agree to hold WholesaleWristbands.com harmless in such a lawsuit or proceeding.
